Ambassador Agreement

1. Role and Responsibilities

The Ambassador shall serve as a brand ambassador for PutterTap and agrees to create and publish original social media content promoting PutterTap products, use their unique referral code and/or referral link for all promotional posts, represent PutterTap in a positive and professional manner, comply with all applicable FTC guidelines including clear disclosure of the material connection (#ad), and tag PutterTap's official social media accounts where applicable.

2. Commission and Compensation

The Ambassador shall earn a commission of $15.00 per PutterTap unit sold and attributed to the Ambassador through their unique referral code or referral link. A sale is eligible for commission once payment is processed and the order ships. Commissions are subject to a seven (7) day holding period to mitigate chargeback risk. Payouts are processed via PayPal or Venmo within fourteen (14) days after the close of each calendar month.

3. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until terminated by either Party with fourteen (14) days written notice. Upon termination, the Ambassador is entitled to commissions on sales completed prior to termination, subject to the holding period. The Company may terminate immediately for cause, including breach, fraud, or reputational damage.

4. Content Rights

The Ambassador retains ownership of all original content created. The Ambassador grants PutterTap a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use content for marketing and promotional purposes. The Ambassador agrees not to publish defamatory, misleading, or infringing content.

5. Exclusivity

During the term, the Ambassador agrees not to promote competing golf ball marker, golf tracking device, or golf scoring app products without prior written consent from the Company.

6. Independent Contractor

The Ambassador is engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee. The Ambassador is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and licenses. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership or employer-employee relationship.

7. Confidentiality

The Ambassador agrees to keep confidential any non-public information provided by the Company, including sales data, commission rates, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior understandings. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
